Design-Build-Fly Competition

This is an Aerospace Engineering competition where teams build a wooden RC aircraft to perform specific tasks (this year: carry a payload and release a banner) and compete against other schools.

I led the aerodynamics design team. Our aircraft had a wingspan of 3 m and a max speed of 35 m/s (80 mph!).
